Project Greenlight Fresno: Update 12/04/08
Some feedback and bad lighting in a few scenes. The good news is that’s the worst of it. I’ll have to re-shoot a few of the scenes from Monday night, but that was expected. Overall though I don’t think things came out too bad for a first shoot (of my life HaHaHa). Hey. . . I’m not going to complain. I once read that George Romero was shooting local car commercials before Night of the Living Dead (Night of the Living Dead (Millennium Edition)
Things are moving along well. With the holidays and the fact that everyone involved in the production have day jobs, I’ll have to work on scheduling the shoot for Episode 2 in a way that allows the series to be bi-weekly (as planned). However, that’s the biggest snag I’ve run into so far, so I can’t complain.
I’ve also come across a place that makes professional grade prosthetics for creature effects and wounds, so by Episode 3 my Special FX will already be upgraded from where they are now. This will create better atmosphere as well as simply making everything look that much more professional.
Life is good!! It’s on!!!!!
